Strategic Planning and Grant Review
The purpose of strategic planning is to identify and prioritize the
comprehensive funding needs, goals, and initiatives of your organization and its
constituents. A funding needs assessment and 'Proposal Research Opportunity'
(PRO) report are then developed and reviewed with you for the purpose of
establishing a schedule of high priority grants that we will help pursue for
your organization. This allows us to advise you on the merit of your proposal
and make necessary recommendations on how to improve your chances of obtaining
funding. In doing so, we analyze your probability of funding, your budget,
narrative and whether or not your organization is a good fit for a grant. We
will always advise when a client should, or should not, move forward with a
proposal and help you along the way.
Proposal Writing

program design (with your organization and its partners), development of the
steps in proposal writing, according to the RFP, background research, full
narrative and budget, and submission of the proposal. Each step of the writing

Program Evaluation
The “age of accountability” now requires most grant awarded organizations to
contract an independent, third party evaluator to perform summative evaluation,
formative evaluation, and monitoring of your grant funded programs. Grant
evaluation is extremely important as it will likely determine eligibility for
further funding. Evaluation services are generally paid for from the grant
itself and should always be performed by a "third party". We use sound and
balanced research methodology – incorporating valid and appropriate statistical
testing techniques. Our approach ensures that the evaluation is objective, valid
and reliable. This process provides the funder with reporting data that is
required to ensure your eligibility for future awards.

Surveys
At Achievement Link we employ robust web-based survey applications, which
can be deployed to a few, or a few thousand participants. Survey services have
been used nationwide to assess public perception, employee satisfaction,
polling, and government agency accountability. Clients may choose to register as
a survey creator and administer their own surveys or contact Achievement Link to
discuss the full service option which includes:
